Restored 1968 Honda CA77 Motorcycle.
This 1968 Honda 305 Dream was totally restored.
It was totally disassembled and all of the paint was removed from the body parts.
The gas tank was cleaned and sealed.
All of the bare metal was then painted with epoxy primer.
The paint was professionally re-finished.
The following parts were re-chromed:
Tank side covers,
Fork side covers,
The fork bearings were repacked.
The buffed wheel hubs were re-laced with new spokes.
The engine was disassembled.
All aluminium engine components were cleaned and beadblasted.
The cylinders were honed.
The valves were laped.
The piston rings and cam chain were replaced.
The engine was reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
The carburettor was rebuilt and the clutch replaced.
The speedometer was rebuilt.
The clutch and brake levers were replaced.
New hand grips were fitted.
The seat was recovered.
Replacement tank badges were fitted.
