Restored 1982 Yamaha IT465J Motorcycle.
This bike was completely rebuilt and is almost exactly how it came out of the factory in 1982
The engine was stripped and rebuilt with all new gearbox bearings and seals.
A brand new complete clutch including a new clutch basket was fitted.
The crank was rebuilt.
A brand new clutch casing was fitted.
The top end was re-bored with a new Yamaha piston, little end, bearing and rings..
A brand new carburettor and air box was sourced and installed.
The front wheel had a brand new rim rebuilt with new spokes, bearings and a re-painted hub.
The rear wheel was rebuilt with new spokes, a new hub and bearings.
The frame was blasted and re-painted black.
The rear swing arm was re-painted the correct Yamaha silver.
The rear shock was rebuilt along with the front forks.
The exhaust and the rear silencer were blasted and Teflon coated.
