Restored 1971 Kawasaki S2 350 Triple Motorcycle.
This original drum brake model was fully restored by its owner.
The exhaust pipes and silencers were chromed.
The brake and gear change pedals were also re-plated.
The frame, swing arm and centre stand were powder coated.
The tank and side panels were refinished in deep red.
Every bolt, nut and washer was replaced or re-plated.
The cables and the gaskets were replaced.
Other new parts include:
A new air filter,
Rear suspension units,
Front fork oil seals & dust covers,
A ‘Doremi’ fuel cap and catch,
Riders footrest rubbers,
Drive chain and sprockets.
The engine was rebuilt and a reconditioned crank with new seals was fitted.
New genuine Kawasaki pistons and rings were fitted after a rebore.
The cylinder barrels and heads were vapour cleaned.
Correct S2 350 carburettors were ultrasonically cleaned and set up.
The engine cases were finished in the correct silver as they were back in the day.
The seat was professionally recovered.
