Restored 1975 Kawasaki H1-F Motorcycle.
This Kawasaki was restored by its owner in the USA.
The bike was completely torn down to the frame and carefully built back to a stock condition.
The paint was refinished in the original colour.
Most of the original parts were rebuilt, cleaned up and reused.
Any parts that didn’t make the cut for reassembly were replaced with either NOS or quality OEM equivalent pieces.
The front forks were completely disassembled, cleaned, polished and fitted with new seals, gaskets and o-rings.
The top end was bead blasted, bored and honed to 61mm.
New Wiseco pistons, clips, bearings and wrist pins were used.
The engine was rebuilt with new gaskets.
The carb manifolds and their gaskets were replaced.
The Mikuni carburettors were rebuilt and tuned.
The crank was rebuilt with new seals and O-rings.
The gauges were cleaned, re-painted and topped off with new gauge faces.
The wheels were rebuilt with new spokes.
The brakes were rebuilt.
