Restored 1962 BMW R60/2 Motorcycle.
This lovely BMW was fully restored by its owner.
The engine was professionally rebuilt from the crank up.
All of the taper surfaces and bearing seats were refreshed to original specification.
New bearings were installed throughout as well as new slingers.
The cylinder heads were rebuilt with new unleaded valves and guides.
The steering head bearings were upgraded to modern SKF tapered rollers.
The swing arm and wheel bearings were replaced.
The frame was powder coated.
Two stage black paint was applied to the sheet metal.
Two stage semi gloss was used on the handlebar perches.
The pinstripes were professionally hand applied.
A 12 volt electrical system was installed for proper lighting.
