Restored 1976 Suzuki GT750A Motorcycle.
This lovely Kettle was fully restored by its owner.
The engine was fully rebuilt and is still on its standard 70mm bore.
The barrels were honed and new rings were fitted.
All of the seals were replaced and the crank was rebuilt.
The original exhausts were fitted with new gaskets and new centre pipe seals.
The tank and panels were resprayed in Maui Blue with correct candy over pearl two-pack paint.
The frame was stripped and powder coated in satin and gloss black.
The originals bolts were re-plated and reused where possible.
The following parts were re-chromed:
Tail light bracket,
Temp gauge cover,
Rear brake arm,
Rear brake lever.
The front wheel was rebuilt with new bearings, new stainless steel spokes, spindle, nut and spacers.
A new ‘B’ model front mudguard was fitted.
The front Brakes were powder coated and rebuilt with new seals, stainless pistons, pads and a master cylinder kit.
The forks were fully rebuilt with new seals, shrouds and rubbers.
A new genuine wiring loom was fitted.
The carburettors were stripped, ultrasonically cleaned and fully refurbished.
A beautiful GT750 restored to a very high standard.
