Honda CB250 Superdream purchased as a restoration project.
Taking 18 months to complete, It has been stripped right down and parts either repaired or replaced from front to rear to make a useable road worthy classic ride.
The work carried out is as follows:
New wheel bearings front and rear
All brakes overhauled
New master cylinder
New rear tyre
Front and rear sprockets
New steering head bearings
New float valves carbs cleaned and balanced
Cylinder head removed, resurfaced and de-coked
Replaced corroded exhaust studs
New 2 into 1 exhaust system
Choke, clutch and throttle cables replaced
Forks stripped and cleaned and new seals fitted
New headlight assembly and all electrics checked and rewired as necessary
Seat base rustproofed and painted
New cover fitted
Fuel tank stripped rustproofed and etch primed
All painted parts professionally finished with complete set of original decals fitted.
