Restored 1976 Honda CB400F Four Motorcycle.
The bike was totally dismantled.
The wheels were rebuilt with new bearings, rims and spokes.
The forks were re-chromed.
The front and rear hubs were re-lacquered.
New fork seals were fitted.
The engine was completely rebuilt and a new cam chain was fitted.
New switchgear was fitted.
The chain guard was replaced.
All of the cables were replaced.
The brakes were totally rebuilt.
The front and rear mudguards were replaced.
New rear shock absorbers were fitted.
The seat was replaced.
A new pattern exhaust system was fitted.
The carbs were totally stripped and rebuilt with new kits.
The original bolts were zinc plated.
The wiring loom was re-wrapped with loom tape and all of the plugs and connectors were cleaned and tested.
The speedo and rev counter were dismantled and new fascias were fitted.
