1978 Kawasaki KH400 completely restored over one year,the work carried out below:
The forks stripped and re-chromed, new seals, bead blasted and new dust covers.
Wheels completely rebuilt with stainless spokes and rims, new tyres fitted, new bearings.
The engine was rebuilt, crank rebuilt ,rebored 1st oversize, all new seals gaskets, the crankcases were aqua blasted.
The bodywork was professionally resprayed in Kawasaki Royal Purple.
New chain and sprockets.
All Black items were powder coated in the correct shade (satin or gloss).
New rear shocks .
The wiring loom was cleaned and continuity checked.
All Chrome work re-chromed.
All zinc work re zinc’d.
New rubber items, footrest rubbers, grommets etc…….
Lots and lots of NOS parts fitted sourced from the USA and Canada
A very nice example of this appreciating classic Kawasaki and just look at that colour… so 1970’s…….. Stunnig
