Restored 1966 Triumph Bonneville.
Restored 1966 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle.
This bike was totally disassembled down to the crankshaft sludge trap.
Every Single nut and bolt was refinished (cad plate) or, if replaced, NOS and OEM parts were used.
Paint to original perfection (gas tank and side covers)
Stainless fenders restored to new.
All other black pieces were repainted as original.
All chrome was re done including the correct Dunlop rims, Lucas headlight and new bare steel header pipes.
The engine was completely rebuilt using only NOS and OEM parts including all bearings, seals, Hepolite .040 pistons and valve guides.
New, correct Amal Carbs from factory with correct stampings were fitted.
Instruments were restored to new as well as both instrument drives.
All Lucas parts correct and intact, most are NOS components including diode, rectifier and ammeter. NOS genuine Lucas points & condensers.
Original Neiman fork lock
Original replacement seat cover.
An excellent restoration of a classic British Triumph.
