Restored Honda XL 600R 1984 with a powder coated frame and swinging arm, top end engine rebuild.
Resprayed large Dakar tank.
Polished DID Dakar wheels, the seat and plastics are all in very good condition.
Powder coated frame, swing arm, yokes, calliper, shock spring and hubs.
New bearings in swing arm and head race.
New caliper seals.
DID polished Dakar wheels with excellent tyres.
New Renthal handlebars.
Radial Brembo master cylinder.
Rebuilt cylinder head with new cam, seals and gaskets. Valves relapped with newstem seals. New cam chain tensioner.
High output generator.
High wattage reg/rect.
Large Dakar Tank.
Stainless header pipes heat tape rapped for better combustion.
95% of all fasteners replaced with stainless including suspension bolts in Metric Fine Thread pitch.
Carbs ultrasonically cleaned with new jets and needles.
All new oil and air filters.
Powder coated foot pegs and new rear rubber foot pegs.
Powder coated small rear rack.
