Restored 1973 Kawasaki Z1 900 Motorcycle.
All of the bodywork was professionally re-sprayed.
New reproduction tank badges and side cover emblems were used.
The frame was sandblasted and powder coated.
The original front and rear fenders were both re-chromed.
The original kick starter, shifter, brake rod, and cable guides were all re-chromed.
A new reproduction seat, grab rail, handlebar, turn signals and stems were fitted.
New throttle, clutch, tacho, speedometer cables were installed.
A new speedometer was added.
New wheels were rebuilt with stainless steel spokes.
New rear shock absorbers were used.
The fork legs were polished and rebuilt with new fork seals and dust seals.
A new reproduction exhaust system was installed
The carburettors were immersion cleaned and rebuilt.
The engine was rebuilt with new rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, and valve guide seals.
A new wiring harness was fitted.
The rear axle, adjuster, and spacers were chromed.
New reproduction right and left handlebar control pods were fitted together with new old stock hand grips direct from Japan.
The front brake was rebuilt including new brake pads.
The centre stand, side stand, swing arm, battery box, and all black parts were powder-coated.
