Restored 1981 Honda XL500 Motorcycle.

This Honda was imported from the USA and restored by its owner in the UK.

The frame and swing arm were stripped and powder coated.

The forks were rebuilt.

The bodywork and the fuel tank were painted to a very high standard.

The seat was professionally re-covered.

The engine was stripped.

New piston rings and gaskets were used in the rebuild.

The carburettor was ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with a new jet kit.

A new old stock rear light was fitted.

Pattern indicators were sourced and fitted.

Restored 1977 Suzuki GT750B Motorcycle.

This stunning Suzuki was restored over a 12 month period by its owner.

The fuel tank was professionally painted in the correct blue.

The carburettors were stripped, cleaned and professionally rebuilt.

The original Takasago wheel rims were re-chromed and laced with polished stainless steel spokes.

The clocks were reconditioned with new glass and set to zero.

The grips and footrest rubbers were replaced.

A new points cover was fitted.

The carburettor rubbers were replaced.

The frame was powder coated gloss black.

The original seat base was re-covered and fitted with new trim.

Restored 1970 Triumph Trophy TR6C Motorcycle.

This Triumph was completely restored by its owner.

The frame, swing arm, rear frame section, rear hub, foot controls, motor plates and triple trees were sandblasted and powder coated.

New front forks were fitted.

New chrome wheel rims were fitted with new polished stainless steel spokes.

The motor was professionally rebuilt using all new bearings and seals.

A new Amal carburettor was fitted.

The transmission was professionally converted to 5 speed.

A new clutch was installed.

The side covers were polished.

A complete new chrome exhaust system with a “hamburger grille” heat guard was sourced and fitted.

Electronic ignition was added.

A new original style braided cloth covered wiring harness was fitted.

The headlight bucket and trim ring was re-chromed.

The tank badges were re-chromed and hand painted.

The front hub was restored.

The control cables were replaced.

A new seat cover was fitted to the original seat pan.

The tank colour was expertly matched and hand painted gold pinstripes were applied.

All of the original fasteners were bead blasted and cad plated.

This lovely old Shaw was professionally restored in the USA.

The engine was stripped and the bottom end was rebuilt.

A new crank pin was fitted.

The top end was rebuilt with a new wrist pin and piston rings.

A new pulley with the correct taper was fitted.

The output shaft and bushings were replaced.

The ignition cam and pin were replaced.

A new upper intake cage and valve was fitted.

The exhaust valve was replaced.

All of the paintwork was professionally refinished in correct period colour.
