Restored 1966 Bultaco Mercurio Motorcycle.

The engine was rebuilt from the bottom up.

New parts were used where needed including the connecting rod, piston and rings and all seals and bearings

A new clutch was fitted.

All originally chromed parts were freshly re-chromed including the handlebars, levers, headlight ear covers and the headlight ring.

The frame, swing arm, upper fork covers, headlight bucket, fork clamps, tail light bracket, centre stand and brake pedal were all powder coated.

The fenders, tank, chain guard and side covers were all painted and striped to match the original Bultaco colours.

The exhaust was replaced with a new old stock pipe and muffler sourced from Spain.

The seat was recovered correctly along with the leather anti slip strip.

The chain and control cables were replaced.

The original Akront wheels were cleaned, polished and re-laced with new stainless spokes.

All the other aluminium parts were polished.

Most of the original Bultaco hardware, nuts and bolts were saved and plated.

All new rubber parts were fitted.

A new wiring loom was added.

A new old stock Leonelli switch for the lights and horn was found.
