Restored 1971 Norton Commando Fastback Motorcycle.
This Norton was completely rebuilt and restored.
The front and rear wheels were rebuilt with new stainless spokes, new bearings and seals.
The forks were rebuilt with new seals and bushings.
New progressive springs were fitted and the yokes were powder coated.
The engine was fully rebuilt.
The sludge trap was cleaned.
The rods were polished and balanced.
New Superblend and plain bearings were used.
New pistons were fitted.
A new camshaft was used.
The valves and guides were replaced.
New stainless cylinder and head mounting studs were used to complete the engine rebuild
A new single Mikuni 34mm TM flat-slide carburettor was fitted.
The front and rear isolastics were replaced.
The frame and swing arm were powder coated.
The swing arm pivot was rebuilt with new bushings and seals.
A new wiring loom was fitted.
The oil tank was fully refurbished.
New cables were used throughout.
The Lucas handlebar clusters were replaced.
A new fastback seat and a fibreglass front fender was fitted.
