Restored 1973 Suzuki GT550 Motorcycle.
This Suzuki was stripped to the frame and restored.
The engine was rebuilt including a fully refurbished crankshaft and new pistons and rings.
The gearbox internals were replaced.
New bearings and seals were fitted.
The frame, swing arm and various other components were powder coated in black.
The front forks were fully refurbished with re-chromed stanchions, all new seals and the fork legs were polished.
The rear suspension units were replaced.
The front and rear wheels were rebuilt with new stainless spokes and brand new OEM Suzuki chrome rims.
The front and rear brakes were rebuilt will all new components.
The electrical system was refurbished including the alternator.
The coils, leads and plug caps were replaced.
The fuel tank and side panels were professionally re-painted.
The carburettors were stripped, cleaned and refurbished with all new components.
The front and rear mudguards, handlebars, levers and tail light bracket were re-chromed.
The seat was refurbished and fitted with a new cover.
The instruments were fully refurbished.
