Restored 1975 Yamaha XS650 Motorcycle.

This Motorcycle has been the subject of a full nut and bolt restoration.

The transmission and engine was fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reassembled using all new rings, gaskets, o-rings and seals.

A new timing chain and timing chain guides were used.

The clutch plates, cable, clutch puller and push rod were replaced.

A new kickstarter, kickstarter boss and rubber was fitted.

New chain and sprockets, chain pullers, bronze swingarm bushings and swingarm seals were used.

All of the cables were replaced.

The engine side cases and valve adjuster covers were professionally polished and clear coated.

The carburettors were soda blasted and rebuilt.

New air cleaners, air box rubbers and baffles were installed.

The front forks were rebuilt with new fork tubes, springs, seals, and dust seals.

New steering bearings were fitted.

New front and rear footrests and rubbers were used.

The wheel rims and hubs were professionally polished.

The wheels were laced with polished Buchanan stainless spokes.

All new bearings, seals, and axles were used.

New brake shoes were used on the rear.

A new rear brake pedal was fitted.

The master cylinder was rebuilt.

The caliper was replaced.

New pads, rotor and rotor bracket were fitted.

New rubber and steel brake lines were installed.

The gauge bracket and gauge dampers were replaced.

A new ignition switch was found and fitted.

New handlebar switches and levers were used.

Correct grips were installed.

New old stock OEM mirrors were fitted.

A new old stock seat was added.

The starter solenoid, condenser, battery cables, Battery tie-down and battery boot were replaced with new items.

All of the fixings were cad plated.
