Restored 1962 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle.

The engine was disassembled, the cases were degreased and glass bead blasted, the oilways and the sludge trap were cleaned.

New bearings were installed.

A new standard bore cylinder was fitted with new Hepolite 9:1 pistons and new rings.

The cylinder head was glass bead blasted and rebuilt to factory specs including new valves, new valve guides and springs.

Correct Made in England mufflers were fitted.

The gearbox was rebuilt and all of the thrust washers and springs were replaced.

A new chrome kickstart lever and gearchange lever was installed.

The rear shocks were restored with correct shrouds.

The swing arm was rebuilt.

The original Dunlop wheels were re-chromed and built up with stainless spokes.

A new seat was fitted.

The brakes were overhauled with new shoes and new cables.

The correct Smiths chronometric instruments were rebuilt.

A new correct cloth wiring harness was fitted.

A new headlamp was fitted with a genuine Lucas lens.

All of the black parts were powder coated.

Many of the chrome parts were re-plated.

The paintwork was professionally refinished.

All of the rubber parts were replaced with factory correct footpegs, gearchange and kickstart rubber.
