Restored 1978 Honda CB750K Motorcycle.
This Honda was professionally restored by its owner.
The bike was stripped down to the frame and engine.
The frame was sanded and repainted.
All of the aluminium engine covers were buffed to remove all oxidation.
All of the hardware was removed from the bike, put through a walnut shell tumbler and clear coated.
All of the chrome parts such as the fenders, headlight brackets and the exhaust pipes were taken off and treated to remove signs of age and rust.
The steering bearings and retainers were removed, cleaned and re-greased.
The front disc brake system was thoroughly cleaned and rebuilt.
The rear brake hub was sanded out and new brakes were installed.
The carburettors were disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and put through an ultrasonic cleaner.
The front forks were taken apart, the fork legs buffed free of all oxidation and cleaned out in a solvent tank to remove all of the old fork oil and grime.
The forks were refilled with new fork oil and fitted with brand new fork oil seals.
Brand new Motion Pro throttle and clutch cables were fitted.
The wiring harness was removed, thoroughly inspected for any exposed wires and soaked in electronic safe cleaning solution to remove all corrosion on the connectors.
A really nice restored Honda CB750K motorcycle.
