Restored 1978 Kawasaki Z1R Motorcycle.
This Kawasaki was stripped and restored by its owner.
The frame was powder coated the correct Kawasaki gloss black.
The engine was professionally rebuilt.
The calipers and master cylinders front and back were rebuilt with new parts.
The wheel bearings were replaced.
The front forks were taken apart, polished and fitted with new seals.
The seat was restored with new foam and a powder coated pan.
The paint was refinished in the original colour and pin stripes.
The speedometer and gauges were all taken apart and cleaned.
The engine cases were finished in high temperature semi-gloss black.
The engine cases were polished.
New pistons and rings were installed.
All of the cam chain rollers were replaced.
