Restored 1967 Triumph T100S Tiger Motorcycle.

This Triumph was completely stripped and restored from the ground up.

All of the the nuts, bolts and fasteners were replaced with stainless steel items.

Both the front and back wheels were rebuilt with stainless steel rims and spokes.

New wheel bearings were fitted front and back.

Both of the hubs were powder coated.

The frame and all the black parts were powder coated.

The petrol tank and the mudguards were professionally painted in the right colour for that year (1967).

All of the badges were replaced with new.

A new correct seat was fitted.

The engine was completely stripped and rebuilt, with new bearings, seals, gaskets, pistons and rings, valve guides, valves and springs.

A brand new Amal carburettor was fitted.

The electrics were upgraded to 12 volts.

New shock absorbers were fitted.

The front forks were stripped and rebuilt with new internals including fork tubes.

The handlebars, levers and cables were all replaced.

The kick start and gear lever were replaced.
