Restored 1976 Suzuki GT550 Motorcycle.
This beautiful Suzuki was restored by its owner.
The frame was blasted and painted gloss black.
The battery box, swing arm and both stands were gloss powder coated in black.
The fuel tank was lined inside and painted.
The wheel rims were re-chromed.
The hubs were polished and rebuilt with stainless steel spokes and new bearings.
The rear brake hub was skimmed and fitted with new shoes.
The front disc was refurbished and rebuilt with new pads.
The original exhausts were re-chromed and fitted with new baffles.
The speedometer was rebuilt and a NOS tachometer was fitted.
All of the cables were replaced with new genuine items.
The front mudguard was re-chromed.
A new rear mudguard was fitted.
The front wiring loom was replaced with a new genuine item.
The front forks were re-chromed and the bases were polished.
The fork ears were re-chromed.
All of the bolts were zinc plated.
The engine was completely overhauled.
The crank was rebuilt with new bearings and seals.
The gearbox was checked and rebuilt.
The carburettors were dismantled, cleaned and vapour blasted.
