Restored 1975 Kawasaki H2C Motorcycle.
This Kawasaki was beautifully restored by its owner.
All of the black parts including the frame were powder coated.
The bright metal parts were re-plated.
The sheet metal was stripped to bare metal and re-finished in factory colours.
The original seat pan was fitted with new foam.
A seat cover was installed with the original seat trims.
The crankshaft was rebuilt with new rods, seals and main bearings.
The cylinders were re-bored to 1mm oversize.
The transmission and clutch were repaired and re-shimmed as needed.
All of the cables were replaced.
New fork tubes were fitted.
The steering bearings were replaced.
Many other new and NOS parts were used in the restoration.
A great restored Kawasaki H2C Motorcycle.
