Restored 1966 Bridgestone Hurricane Motorcycle.
This rare Bridgestone was fully restored by its owner.
Upon restoration of this motorcycle the motor was disassembled and inspected to make sure there were no issues.
All of the bearings and clearances were checked.
The chrome cylinders were in excellent condition along with the pistons.
While the engine was disassembled the cases where cleaned to bare aluminium.
The outer casings were bead blasted and resprayed with a colour match silver.
The carburettors were cleaned and rebuilt with with new jets.
The whole electrical system was checked and parts replaced with OEM pieces.
The tank was bead blasted and repainted.
All of the pieces that did not have chrome and paint on them were bead blasted down to bare metal and repainted.
All new badges were obtained and put back into the original locations on the bike.
The frame, triple tree, swing arm, kickstand and centre stand were sandblasted and a new coat of black paint was applied.
All of the chrome was re-plated.
