Restored 1963 Honda CB77 Superhawk Motorcycle.
This Honda was restored and rebuilt by its owner.
The engine and transmission were rebuilt.
The cylinders were bored and honed.
New oversize pistons and rings were fitted.
The valves were lapped.
New gaskets and seals were used.
New advance springs were installed.
A new timing chain was fitted.
The cases were repainted and the aluminium parts were polished.
New cables were used throughout.
The wheel rims were replaced.
The swing-arm bushings and dust seals were replaced.
The front forks were rebuilt with new seals and Honda fork oil.
The frame and all parts were stripped, primed and painted.
A very nice restored Honda CB77 Superhawk Motorcycle.
