Restored 1973 Norton Commando 850 Motorcycle.

This Norton was restored from the frame up by its owner.

All of the graphics were painted, fully blended in and lacquered.

The frame, swinging arm and all of the ancillaries were painted in tough gloss black.

A new rear brake drum was fitted.

The swinging arm spindle, bushes and seals were replaced.

The fork stanchions, bushes and seals were replaced.

A new wiring harness was installed.

The exhaust system was replaced.

New steering head bearings were fitted.

All of the rubber bushes and fittings were replaced.

The front brake was upgraded with RGM master cylinder conversion.

The caliper was rebuilt with stainless steel pistons and hardware.

All of the fasteners were replaced with stainless steel items.

The wheels were rebuilt with stainless steel spokes.

The engine was rebuilt with a reground crankshaft.

New superblend main bearings were fitted.

The cylinder head was rebuilt with new valve guides, re-cut valve seats and new bronze exhaust collars.

Pazon electronic ignition was installed.

The gearbox was rebuilt.

The isolastics were replaced with new vernier adjustable units.
