Restored 1975 Honda CB400 Four Motorcycle.
This stunning Honda was restored by its owner.
The bike had a complete restoration from bare metal.
All parts were either grit or bead blasted.
The paintwork was refinished in 2 pack and not powder coated.
The engine was rebuilt with new parts as necessary.
The primary chain and cam chain were replaced.
New piston rings and valve stem oil seals were fitted.
The engine was reassembled with new gaskets and oil seals.
The engine cases were bead blasted and repainted with engine enamel.
The wheels were rebuilt with new wheel bearings, rims and spokes.
The fork stanchions were re-chromed.
The brakes were overhauled with new brake caliper kits and pads.
All of the cables were replaced.
The carburettors were stripped, cleaned and reassembled with new kits.
New switchgear was fitted.
The wiring loom was wrapped with loom tape.
The clocks were refaced.
Many small items were zinc plated.
