Restored 1961 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle.
This Bonneville was completely disassembled by its owner and every part was recondition or replaced with correct high-quality parts.
The engine bearings, rings, bushings and seals were replaced.
The crankshaft was ground.
The cylinder head was completely restored with new valves, valve guides and all cases were buffed.
A new primary chain and clutch plates were installed.
The alternator was inspected and tested.
The original kick start and shifter arm were re-chromed to show quality.
All of the painted parts were re-finished in the correct colours.
The fuel tank was fitted with a new mounting rubber and top strap.
The parcel rack was finished in show chrome.
New tank badges, trim and knee rubbers were fitted.
The swing arm was fitted with a new pivot shaft and bushings.
The front forks were rebuilt with new bushings, seals and gators.
New cables were fitted and the original hand and clutch levers were re-chromed.
