Restored 1962 BMW R60/2.
This motorcycle has been disassembled down to every last nut and bolt.
The engine was disassembled and replaced with new pistons,rings, all new seals , gaskets.
The slingers were also cleaned at that time.
The drives were also inspected and updated.
The motorcycles frame was bead blasted and powder coated black.
The fenders were in good shape and didn’t require much work but were also repainted and striped.
The gas tank was in excellent condition.
The rims are Weinmann, they were polished and re spoked.
The carburettors were disassembled, inspected and rebuilt.
Everything on this bike was restored back to original specs.
This restoration was completed by a mechanic who has years of restoration experience and obviously has a passion for classic motorcycles.
