Restored 1974 Yamaha TX650 Motorcycle.
The entire frame was powder coated including the side stand and center stand.
New plugs and points, fresh oil and filters.
All dull hardware was replaced with stainless or new.
The engine was bead blasted and painted with self-etching primer then painted with high-temperature silver and cured.
Engine crown nuts, bolts were replaced with new.
All of the aluminium parts were polished.
New bronze swing arm bushings and steering head tapered roller bearings.
New wheel rims, spokes were polished, new tires and tubes.
Brake rotor was drilled and the brake calliper was powder coated.
New master cylinder and brake pads/shoes.
New chain with re-chromed chain guard, powder-coated sprocket.
New bolts and tabs.
The mufflers, headers and the front fender were re-chromed.
New seat cover and the seat pan was powder coated.
New cables, throttle, and brake switch.
New battery and battery brackets were powder coated.
New wiring harness and battery cables.
British tail light and license plate holder.
The rear fender was re-chromed.
New fork seals and foot peg rubbers.
New handlebars, levers and grips.
The carburettors were soda blasted, cleaned, rebuilt and then tuned.
An excellent restoration of this Yamaha TX650 Motorcycle.
