Restored 1976 BMW R90s Motorcycle.
This bike has had a full nut and bolt rebuild completed to a very high standard;
The wheels were rebuilt with stainless steel spokes.
New fork stanchions were sourced and the forks were rebuilt with new seals.
The brakes were repainted, fitted with stainless bleed nipples and rebuilt
New brake lines and discs were used.
The frame was blasted and powder coated.
Bushes, bearings and seals were replaced as appropriate.
The starter motor was stripped and rebuilt with new brushes.
The Koni shocks were rebuilt and period shrouds were added.
The gearbox was rebuilt with new layshaft bearings and seals.
New crankshaft seals were installed.
The alternator was rebuilt with new brushes.
The flywheel was cleaned and the clutch was rebuilt with heavy duty springs.
The engine was stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt with new gaskets, rings and seals.
The carburettors were rebuilt.
New electric relays were used where required.
The paint was professionally refinished.
