Restored 1966 Yamaha YA6 Motorcycle.

This Motorcycle took two years to restore.

Many New Old Stock parts were used including:

The seat assembly,
Handlebars,
Sealed beam,
Left handle switch,
Air filter,
Piston and rings,
Top end gaskets,
Right and left crank seals,
Clutch fibre plates and springs,
Oil pump seals,
Front and rear brake shoes,
Front and rear wheel bearings,
Rear brake pedal,
Tail lens,
Chain pullers,
Flasher relay,
Rear brake light switch,
Fuel tank,
Oil tank sight glass and seals,
Timing advance springs,
Foot rubber,
Carb cover rubber,
Right engine chrome cover,
Rear brake arm,
Hoses,
Petcock,
Main stand pivot bolt.

All bolts and screws were cleaned, polished or replaced.

Both of the wheels were disassembled, the hubs were repainted, the spokes were polished, the rims were inspected and then cleaned, re-laced and trued.

The front forks were rebuilt with new seals and steering balls.

The frame and body were professionally painted.

The original carburettor and oil pump were rebuilt.

Reproduction tank emblems and decals finished off this lovely restored Yamaha YA6 Motorcycle.
