Restored 1969 Norton Commando S-Type Motorcycle.
The 1969 S Type or scrambler model featured an upswept exhaust, isolastic vibration control system and a twin leading shoe front drum brake.
The engine was completely rebuilt and the engine cases were polished.
The gearbox was rebuilt with new bearings and a new drive sprocket.
The clutch and chain-case were replaced.
The frame and all cycle parts were bead blasted and professionally painted.
The fuel tank was professionally painted and the correct decals were applied.
New side panels were found and fitted.
A complete new exhaust system including the heat shields was fitted.
A new seat was used.
The font forks were rebuilt.
The wheels were rebuilt with new rims and stainless spokes.
The bike was rebuilt using new stainless fasteners.
An outstanding restored Norton Commando Motorcycle.
