Restored 1976 BMW R90S Motorcycle.
The frame, sub-frame, swing arm, headlight mounting brackets, centre stand and battery tray were powder coated gloss black.
The upper and lower steering bearings and races were purchased from BMW and installed correctly.
New BMW hand grips (square type) were installed.
The paintwork was professionally re-sprayed.
The 38 mm Dellorto carburettors were rebuilt using all new parts and gaskets as needed.
New throttle cables were installed.
All of the mechanicals were inspected, checked, lubed, replaced or repaired and adjusted as necessary.
The cylinders were honed and new piston rings were fitted.
All of the gaskets and seals were replaced, including the oil pan, cylinder head, valve covers and the push rods tubes.
Just about every nut, bolt and component on this bike was touched to bring back either the original factory finish or it was re-plated.
