Restored 1963 BMW R69S Motorcycle.
This BMW was taken back to the bare frame and rebuilt.
The engine was rebuilt by a BMW professional.
The pistons were modified to accept double rings.
The crank was checked, the rear journal was hard chromed and ground.
The wrist pin bushings were replaced.
The cylinder heads were fitted with new rotating valves and new valve guides.
The engine was reassembled with new bearings seals and gaskets.
New headers and mufflers were fitted.
All of the metal components were stripped, primed and painted.
The spokes were re-chromed.
New wheel bearings, seals and tyres were fitted.
The brake linings were replaced.
A new Denfeld solo seat was installed.
Many of the bolts were cad plated others were replaced with stainless items.
A new aluminium oil pan was installed.
A new wiring loom was used.
All of the cables were replaced.
