Restored 1968 Triumph Trophy TR6 Motorcycle.

This bike was torn down to individual nuts and bolts.

New bearings were fitted to the wheels.

The spokes were zinc plated to replicate the original look and installed with new nickel plated spoke nipples.

The engine was completely rebuilt with all new bearings.

New valves and new oversize pistons and rings were fitted.

The cylinders were bored to .002 oversize.

A new Amal carburettor was used.

New shock absorbers were fitted to the rear.

The steering head and fork assembly were completely rebuilt.

The original headlamp and tank emblems were re-chromed.

The original wiring harness was re-wrapped with a new covering.

Any of the wiring that was chafing or needed repair was replaced and soldered with new same size wire and covered in shrink tubing.

The paintwork was professionally refinished in the correct colours.

All of the rubber items were replaced.

The original Smiths speedometer, tachometer and amp meter were refurbished and fitted with new glass and rims.
