Restored 1953 Indian Chief Motorcycle.
This Indian was given a complete restoration.
The 80 inch engine with bonneville cams and followers was rebuilt.
A new flywheel was fitted.
The pins and bearings were replaced.
New stainless steel valves were installed with .010 over pistons.
A new clutch was used.
The transmission was rebuilt with new gears and bearings.
New wheels rims and spokes were used.
The wheels were fitted with new bearings.
New brakes were fitted.
The speedometer was restored.
The generator was rebuilt.
The telescopic front end was rebuilt.
All of the paintwork was professionally re-finished.
A truly great restored Indian Chief Motorcycle.
