Restored 1973 BMW R75/5 Motorcycle.
This BMW was completely striped down to the bare frame.
The frame and all black parts were powder coated.
The cylinders were honed.
The valve were overhauled.
The heads and cylinders were bead blasted.
New header pipes, steering damper and reflector pads were fitted.
The engine was rebuilt with a new clutch pressure plate, clutch disk, timing chain, piston rings, flywheel bolts, engine and gearbox seals.
The tank, fenders and headlight were professionally painted.
New stainless steel mufflers were fitted.
The speedometer was refurbished.
The fork legs and engine covers were bead blasted.
Many new parts were used including:
Steering bearings,
Oil pan gasket,
Fork bushings
Rear wheel bearings
Ignition points,
Rear drive gasket,
Fork parts,
Spark plugs,
Foot peg rubbers,
Headlight lens and reflector,
Fork springs,
Seat,
Cables,
Driveshaft boot and clamps.
The carburettors were rebuilt.
