Restored 1978 Kawasaki Z1R Motorcycle.
This Kawasaki was fully restored by its owner.
The frame was sandblasted and powder coated.
The swing arm, shock springs, motor mounts, foot peg mounts, kick stand and tail light bracket were also powder coated.
The forks were rebuilt with new seals, oil and dust shields.
New tyres and inner tubes were fitted.
The battery was replaced with a sealed unit.
A new wiring harness was fitted.
The clutch, throttle, tack and speedo cables were replaced.
The cases were bead blasted.
The cylinder and head were repainted .
The original petcock was serviced with a repair kit.
The carb set were rebuilt.
New piston rings were fitted.
The cylinders were honed.
The body work was repainted.
New old stock side cover and tank badge emblems were fitted.
