Restored 1972 Honda CB500 Four Motorcycle.
This Honda was lovingly rebuilt with a full nut and bolt restoration to factory fresh standard.
The tank and side panels were re-painted in Candy Jade Green.
The frame and swing arm were painted with black gloss enamel paint.
All of the lights were replaced with genuine Stanley items.
The indicator stems were replaced with new items.
New DID wheel rims were rebuilt with new spokes.
The engine and gearbox were fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned and checked to OEM standards.
A new cam chain tensioner, pistons and rings were fitted.
The engine was rebuilt with all new gaskets and seals.
The engine covers were stripped and polished to a mirror finish.
The front suspension was disassembled and re-built using new seals and fluid.
The rear shock absorbers were replaced with brand new items.
The carburettors were stripped, ultrasonically cleaned.
The bolts and springs were re-plated or replaced.
The carburettors were rebuilt with new jets and seals.
The braking system was fully overhauled with new pads, seals, new master cylinder and new brake lines.
All of the clips, springs, bolts, nuts, washers and brackets were either re-plated or replaced with new.
The handlebar switches were re-furbished and repainted.
The wiring loom was re-furbished.
All of the cables were replaced with OEM items.
