Restored 1967 BSA Lightning 650 Motorcycle
This BSA was dismantled down to the bare frame.
All of the black parts were powder coated.
The tank and the side covers were restored and repainted.
All of the shiny parts were restored and polished.
The engine was rebuilt with new pistons.
All new seals and gaskets were used.
New fenders were found and fitted.
A complete new exhaust system was installed.
All of the cables were replaced.
New footrests and grips were fitted.
All of the electrical items were checked and replaced as needed.
A Boyer electronic ignition unit was added for better starting and reliability.
A really nice restored BSA Lightning 650 Motorcycle.
