Restored 1976 Honda 400 Four Motorcycle.
The was engine was rebuilt with many parts being replaced for new parts or reworked.
The work included the head, timing chain and complete tensioning system.
The pistons and rings were replaced.
The clutch was renewed.
A new exhaust muffler was fitted.
The carburettors were rebuilt, cleaned and tuned.
The electrics were updated in many areas.
The charging system was replaced with a modern solid state unit.
A modern high quality electronic ignition system was added to replace the points, for reliability.
The suspension front and back was rebuilt with new seals, oil and bushes.
The swing arm pivot had a full length bush with a grease nipple added.
The brakes were rebuilt with new pads and a new front hose.
The seat was professionally recovered.
