Restored 1976 Kawasaki KZ900 Motorcycle.
This motorcycle was restored to better than new by its owner.
The frame and components were powder coated with frame label protected.
New DID wheel rims from Japan were laced with stainless steel spokes.
A NOS no link Kawasaki chain was fitted.
Every bolt hole in the cylinder head was inspected and the threads chased.
The cylinder head was fitted with new valves, new valve guides and a new tacho drive seal with o-ring.
A new Tsubaki heavy duty cam chain was fitted.
All of the components that tension the cam chain were replaced including the idler assembles, 4 rubber dampers, bottom roller and rubber dampers.
New stock pistons, circlips and rings were used in the engine rebuild.
A full new exhaust system was sourced.
The paint was professionally refinished.
The carburettors were professionally rebuilt.
The motor covers were polished.
A new oil level window was fitted.
