Restored 1968 Norton Atlas Motorcycle.
This Norton Atlas was professionally refurbished.
The engine and gearbox were rebuilt with all new bushes and bearings.
The crank was balanced to match the higher compression Commando pistons that were installed at the time of the rebuild.
A 200w alternator was installed.
The primary drive was uprated.
All of the alloy items were polished to a mirror finish.
Many items were re-chromed including the tank badges and the primary cover.
New wheels with built up with stainless spokes and flanged rims.
All of the black items were powder-coated except for the fork shrouds, oil tank, battery box and the fuel tank.
A new wiring harness was used.
All of the original hardware was cad-plated where applicable.
Both Smiths clocks were rebuilt.
A new English seat assembly was fitted.
New 930 Amal carburettors were fitted.
All new cables and hand control levers were used.
