Restored 1980 Honda CR125 Elsinore Motorcycle.
The engine was rebuilt with all new OEM Honda bearings, seals and gaskets.
New steel and fibre clutch plates were fitted.
The cylinder was fitted with a new piston, rings, bearing, pin and clips.
The carburettor was rebuilt and new reeds were installed.
A new old sock exhaust pipe was sourced.
The DID wheel rims were rebuilt with Buchanon heavy gauge stainless spokes and nipples.
All of the wheel bearings were replaced.
New seals and brake shoes were fitted.
The front forks were rebuilt with new seals and seal savers.
The frame was powder coated in gloss red.
The swing arm was powder coated and fitted with new bearings and chain buffer.
The rear shocks were completely rebuilt.
The plastics were all replaced.
A new seat cover was fitted.
The original fuel tank was restored.
All of the bolts were replaced with new stainless items and stainless lock nuts.
All of the axles and hardware was zinc plated.
