Restored 1968 Suzuki S32 Olympian Motorcycle.

This Suzuki was fully restored by its owner.

The engine was bored to 1.0 mm oversize and fitted with new pistons and rings.

The crank, transmission and clutch were inspected.

The cases were polished and everything was re-assembled with new gaskets and seals.

The carburettors were disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt.

All of the fasteners and hardware on the bike were cleaned, bead-blasted and re-plated with either zinc or chrome.

All of the aluminium parts were polished.

The frame, fork sliders, side covers, centre stand, foot pegs, tail light bracket, headlight mounts and chain cases were black powder coated.

The tank and front fender were professionally painted their correct original colours.

The following were replaced with correct NOS or reproduction parts:

Front and rear sprockets and chain,
Chain cases,
All control cables,
Flat bars,
Brake shoes,
Air cleaner element,
Peg rubbers,
Fork seals,
Suzuki “S” tank badges,
Brake and clutch levers,
Original Suzuki plug-in style gas cap.

The seat was reupholstered.

The wheels were disassembled, the spokes were blasted and zinc re-plated, the hubs and backing plates were polished and the wheels were re-laced.

New period correct tires were mounted and balanced.
