This Honda was restored by its owner in the USA.
The bike was completely disassembled.
The frame was blasted and painted.
The fork seals were replaced.
New tyres were fitted.
The chain and sprockets were replaced.
All of the cables were replaced.
New mirrors were sourced.
The front and rear brake systems were rebuilt.
New brake pads were installed.
The carburettors were completely rebuilt and new air cut off valves were installed.
The carburettor boots were replaced.
A new petcock was fitted.
New reproduction decals were used.
The bike was professionally painted.
The engine was disassembled and the transmission was inspected.
New piston rings and gaskets were used.
The cylinder head was completely rebuilt.
