Restored 1973 Yamaha RT3 360 Motorcycle.

This lovely little Yamaha was restored by its owner.

Everything was touched and inspected during the restoration.

The frame, swing arm, exhaust, tool box, skid plate, foot rest, kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank, oil tank, headlight bucket, ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension and air box were sand blasted.

The tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank, oil tank, headlight bucket, ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension and air box were Primer and sanded.

The frame and swing arm were powder coated with gloss black.

The tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bar tension and the air box were painted with Yamaha black.

New original candy paint was applied to the fuel tank, headlight shell, oil tank and fork ears.

The front fender, rear fender and chain guard were painted grey.

The engine was rebuilt with a new old stock standard cylinder.

All of the gaskets and engine seals were replaced.

The wheel hubs, front forks, all engine covers, switch housing, levers and lever holders were polished.

The speedometer/ tachometer housing, kick start, shift lever, handlebar, both rear shock springs, ignition key housing and front fender brackets were re-chromed.

All of the electrical items were inspected and cleaned.
