Restored 1975 Kawasaki H1 500F Motorcycle.
This lovely Kawasaki was fully restored by its owner.
The engine was rebuilt.
The crankshaft was rebuilt.
A new old stock clutch was fitted.
All of the gearbox bearings were replaced.
The carburettors were stripped and rebuilt.
The crankcases ,barrels and head were vapour blasted.
All of the engine cases were polished.
All new cables were used.
The paintwork was finished in the correct green.
New badges were fitted.
The frame was powder coated.
New head bearings were installed.
The exhausts and mudguards were re-chromed.
All of the nuts and bolts were re-chromed or replaced with stainless steel items.
The original wheel rims were re-chromed.
The polished wheel hubs were laced with stainless steel spokes.
New handlebar switches were fitted.
A new wiring loom was fitted.
New indicators were fitted.
The brakes were rebuilt.
