Restored 1989 BMW R100GS Motorcycle.
This lovely BMW was rebuilt from the ground up using brand new OEM parts by its owner.
The bodywork was painted in BMW Alpine White.
New BMW tank and rear mudguard badges were fitted.
The frame, yokes, side/centre stands, rack and many other ancillary cycle parts were shot blasted and powder coated.
The engine casing plus many other intricate parts were aqua-blasted and repainted.
The cylinder heads were rebuilt.
The carburettors were rebuilt.
The shaft/final drive was rebuilt.
New engine seals and gaskets were used throughout including the shaft drive rubbers.
New steering head bearings were installed.
The brakes were rebuilt using Goodridge brake lines and Brembo pistons and seals.
Stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers were used throughout,
A polished stainless steel exhaust system was fitted.
